In this cutting edge seminar, Dr. Hellerstein partners with Dr. Deborah Sandella an expert in the RIM Method, an innovative visualization technique that improves coordination between one’s mind and body resulting in better ability to focus. The RIM Method allows you to re-script cellular memory and alleviate self-sabotaging thoughts and behavior hidden deep in the unconscious.  Dr. Sandella has applied the RIM Method with hundreds of people to successfully enhance their mental, athletic, and social success. She has been a faculty member at the University of Colorado, and her work has been featured on radio and TV and in newspapers across the country.  The RIM Method has been researched and found to be an effective tool that significantly decreases symptoms of stress-related illness and significantly improves the quality of one’s life.
